YUM Brands는 미국 프랜차이즈 회사입니다. KFC와 타코벨 그리고 피자헛을 가지고 있는 브랜드입니다. KFC는 사실 요즘 비즈니스가 쉽지않다고 하는데요. 타코벨은 여전히 잘나가죠. 타코벨 정말 유명한 브랜드입니다. KFC 타코벨 모두 그리고 피자헛 모두 다 좋아해요.
(YUM Brands is an American franchise company. It is a brand that has KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. KFC says business is not easy these days. Taco Bell is still doing well. Taco Bell is a very famous brand. I like both KFC Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.)

YUM Brands의 주가는 속도는 빠르지않겠지만 그래도 꾸준히 주가가 오르고 있습니다. 현재 거의 전고점을 뚫는 분위기입니다. 133.440원에 주식이 거래되고 있어요. 미국 주식은 기업이 비즈니스만 꾸준히 하고있다면 계속해서 주가가 오르는 것 같아요. 미국주식하려면 손해보는게 아니고 시장보다 수익률을 더 높일 수 있느냐를 생각합니다. 일반인들 장기투자하려면 무조건 미국주식에 투자해야합니다.
(The stock price of YUM Brands may not be fast, but it is still steadily rising. It's almost the highest point right now. The stock is trading at 133.440 won. U.S. stocks seem to continue to rise if companies are doing business consistently. I'm not losing money to American stocks, I'm thinking about whether I can get a higher return than the market. YUM Brands는 배당금을 많이 올려줄 때에는 2007년에 98%나 올려줬습니다. 정말 엄청나네요. 그리고 배당금을 삭감한 적도 있는데요. 2017년에 배당금을 줄였습니다. 그래도 배당성장 전반적으로 괜찮다고 생각합니다.

YUM Brands의 주식을 2012년에 사서 10년간 보유해서 2022년에는 어떻게 될까요. 2012년에는 1주당 0.86$의 배당금을 받는데요. 2022년 12월에는 2.28$의 배당금을 받습니다. 3배가 조금 안되게 배당금이 올랐네요. 배당성장 괜찮다고 생각합니다.
(I bought shares of YUM Brands in 2012 and held them for 10 years, so what happens in 2022. In 2012, you get a dividend of $0.86 per share. DIVIDEND OF $2.28 IN DECEMBER 2022. The dividend has risen a little less than three times. I think dividend growth is okay.)
