대우건설은 건설사죠 이름만 들어도. 미국은 지금 주택건설사들이 잘나간다고 합니다. 참 신기하죠. 금리인상이면 건설사들은 대부분 힘들기 마련인데요. 금리인상은 자금조달비용 인상을 뜻하니까요. 한국 건설사들은 지금 난리입니다.

주가 굉장히 많이 하락했습니다. 좋은 이슈 있으면 주가 폭등하고 안좋은 이슈 있으면 주가 폭락하고를 반복하는게 한국 증시의 특징이죠. 변동성이 큽니다. 대우건설의 건설은 현재 고점대비 54%정도 하락한 4,345원에 주식이 거래되고 있습니다. 진짜 무섭게 떨어졌네요.

대우건설의 영업이익입니다. 2020년 12월 5,583억원, 2021년 12월 7,383억원, 2022년 12월 7,600억원의 영업이익을 지급하고 있습니다. 영업이익 역시 규모도 좋고 증가속도도 좋습니다. 돈 정말 잘버는 회사입니다.

건설사 특히 유명한 브랜드를 가진 건설사의 경우 주택수요가 엄청납니다. 좋은 아파트에서 살고싶은 마음들은 다 똑같으니까요. 다만 주주들 입장에서는 많이 아쉬운 기업입니다.

돈은 정말 많이 버는데 주가는 끝도없이 하락하잖아요. 그리고 배당역시 지급하지 않고요. 주주환원이 제대로 안되는 기업입니다. 단타치는거 아니고 장기적으로 주식을 가져가라면 중요한게 주주환원입니다.
